Posting some photos for reference. Awesome pump, fantastic hose-to-pump connector, generator and valve at the stove. A wonderful package. The stove hose connects to the pump or canister adapter with a little push - and the release levers automatically open and "lock" in place.
excuse my ingornace but is this a current model of stove from coleman? and is it or was it available in the USA?
Coleman has moved away from all backpacking stoves. When it was introduced in 2007 it was the most expensive stove Coleman has ever produced (at least so I am told by another CCS member) and only about 1000 were produced worldwide. I believe it was discontinued in 2008/2009. It is not available on the Coleman site - you will notice the "add to cart" button is missing from the page.
I had one and couldn't get it to prime properly. It was probably operator error, but it seemed too finicky for my taste. My Dragonfly is much easier to get going. Same with my Firefly. Don't worry, Coleman will move back into backpacking stoves as soon as they figure out how to make one out of plastic and run it on batteries.
