I got this unused Coleman M1950 with tin in friendly swap with an American friend. Never knew him before I saw his post on Facebook where he presented it, and asked him, if he would be interested in a swap - turns out he is a really good guy from Georgia/US. So again - by the community of stovies - we both got a new stove and a good friend across the globe. This will most likely stay unfired on the shelf as I have another M1950 for use... Comparing this Coleman 1951 with a SMP 1979 there are a few differences. One being the windshield where the Coleman has a rouletted surface. Second is the spirit cup where the SMP has a larger “top-edge”. Third is the pattern on the fuel pumps - the Coleman having a deeper pattern. Fourth is the screws holding the cage - where the Coleman is using wider and flatter screws compared to the SMP.
