Coleman model 526

    I believe this is the Navy version of the model 526 due to the silver paint.
    I also believe this was an instructional stove used during training. Still in the original box and unaired.

    Military Part # 9R10000 single burner.

    Quite a find and a grand set of photos and presentation.

    I see how you'd arrive at the conclusion that it was intended for training sessions, with those metal tags identifying parts.

    I've had days when I could have used such reminders ...
