Three cook-sets: an Optimus 88/124, a Groninger, and a Sigg Tourist. Kinda nifty to see these three sets all at once, to get an actual feel of size. The Optimus has a 5” skillet/lid, and .8L pots,,, the Groninger has a 5 7/8” skillet/lid, and 1 liter pots,,, The Sigg I’m thinking has 1.5 liter pots. (The Trangia mini 28-t, not in the photos, also has a .8L pot.)

The Groninger is not twice as heavy as the Optimus, but it’s so close it may as well be.

That is a useful side-by-side(-by-side) comparison, thanks. Glad to see you got one of the little Optimus sets.

I’m a really big fan of the Trangia mini, (see my avatar), and the wee Optimus has roughly the same sized pots, though including Svea 123 stove, the Optimus may weigh just twice the mini Trangia w/stove.
