DIY Pot stand for Opt. 111

    I’m planning a hunting excursion this weekend and wanted to bring the 111T along and use it also for making coffee. Problem is the pot stands are too wide appart for my little moka maker. I simply use an old BBQ grill and cut out a portion, bent some legs and voilà!

    I’m sure there must be a ton of guys that have done this In a more aesthetic way but for those that need a quick way to do it here it is:

    I use a cut down bicycle brake as a pot rest for my Bialetti on the 111:

    I did a similar thing for my Sigg Tourist. Holds a coffee maker and obviously bread. It was a guard from a infrared heater that mounts to a propane bottle.
