Does anyone recognise this inner burner cap?

It is the same size as a standard Primus-like No. 5 inner cap. I can’t decipher all the letters because of past flaking of the metal. It is steel.

    Hi Tony:
I've seen those on Primus burner no. R.133 (I once posted one, on which you commented at the time), with the words in three languages indicating which side is up. Part no. R.676, assuming it's the standard, 2-pint size.
