This is unknown to me. Primus on The cap.
“Dollar” stove,,, ha, it’s be cheap at half that price!
With it's external Non Return Valve, and it's general look, it's probably 100 years old and worth keeping.
The flat ends of the feet are typical for SVEA. They made stoves under various names (think of the "Trois Etoilles" brand etc) so this may well be one of them. They used the external NRV well into the late twenties, maybe early thirties. Still, certainly worth keeping (and fettling back into life!).
