This is my Hipolito 0, made in the 1970s after the Hipolito company changed from a Lda to a SARL. It has had very little use and has all the original paperwork and accessories.

It was imported into the UK from Portugal by William Meyer, a SVEA and Hipolito distributor. The Meyer paperwork is dated 1973.

The stove has very good markings and the (flimsy) trivet is in excellent condition

The tin is also in excellent condition with camping scenes shown in the vivid graphics

and it produces a beautiful blue flame

One of the greats, especially with the graphics on both stove and tin.

I have two of these, one little-used, one unfired, both with good tins.

    Great presentation.

Great presentation @Twoberth . I was not aware that this Portuguese manufacturer was the last to make traditional kero stoves in Europe, and for that reason it seems a worthy addition to any collection. I have today acquired a Hipo 0 myself, unseen but at a cost of a modest $30, so I am curious to see its condition.
