A true Enders 9060N. Silent burner.
Enders stove envy!
Must say its a remarkable silent burner. So far the only 9060N i have ever seen. Ill Promise it is in good hands.
Good Morning, Kristian,
Congratulations on getting such a nice Enders 9060N! I have one, but it's not quite as nice as yours is. And, mine has the roarer burner. As I have several other Enders with silent caps, I may try one, and see how it works. Or, I just might have to try one of my BernieDawg caps, which are the absolute best, on it, and see how that fits! In any case, you have a very nice stove, in very nice condition! Thanks for sharing it with us! Take care, Merry Christmas, and God Bless!
Every Good Wish,
Hi Kristian and Doc two very very nice stoves i realy do like Enders stove's they realy do look well made and engineered and they give a nice powerfull flame even the small stove's, and what i have seen have great control from full flame to a good simmer, and they are nice and compactable a great addition to your collection's kritian and Doc
First of all thanks for the nice replies!
DOC - I am not quite sure if you can mount a silent burner on your roarer. My 9060N "silent-burner" does not stack with any other of the roarers or the other silent-burners. It is made with different hinges. Perhaps you are more lucky and they made it different some other years, but mine is a no-go.
Can also say i have tried with two 9061BW, one 9060D and two roarers. By BW i mean Bundeswehr. None of them fitted each other.
Edit- Cannot understand either what the Germans have made the extra N for.
Edit number 2- Doc! does yours also say N on the brass tank?
Edit number 3 - I can see the N on your tank.
And merry X-mas all!
Does this model have a built in cleaning needle?
I cant believe this. I always thought that it was another 9060. But Ive been mistaken. I also have a 9060N Roarer. Did not say so on the box but on the brass tank. The burner does not fit from 9060 to 9060N.
1st is 9060N Silent. 2nd is 9060N Roarer. 3rd is 9060 roarer.
Edit- Yonadav, No. At least mine does not have cleaning needles in em. Then again 9063 has
Yonadav- My mistake! Ment 9069D not 9063
Sure is a nice one.
I have figured out, that the main difference between 9060N and 9060, is that the nozzle is bigger on the 9060N and makes it more powerful.
Very nice stove Kristian
Very nice stoves. I have always been very impressed by the quality of Enders stoves. Thanks for sharing three such stoves.
For those who might wonder, the Enders 9060 weighs about 710 grams, without the tin ofcourse.
