GAI 2-burner alcohol stove

    The only one of the same brand I have seen on the forum is this single burner version.
    No clue that tells who the manufacturer was.
    As most every French stoves the frame is of sturdy enamelled cast iron.
    I have try to find out what "prix impose" actually means but I am not sure. Is it possible that it is the price for the stove? Could not be any high inflation in those days as it was in the mold of the stove.

    Hi Bo @optipri , you are right about the cost of the stove being 60 Francs (similar to the English 'to impose'), the factory decided on the amount the stove was to be sold for.
    High inflation is a thing of our time, it was hardly heard of in the 'good old days'!
    Very nice stove it is too!
