    hi guys,

I'm having troubles with my petrol cooker. after a very tedious cleanup i got it (semi) working. the major problem is that once its going the gas just sputters out and there isn't much presure going out the nozzle. any idea's how to fix it?

    thanks,

@Bixenté Pieplu There’s no built-in jet pricker on the stove so make sure the jet isn’t partially blocked.

Ensure too that the fuel tank is holding pressure. The fuel filler cap seal, non-return valve seal and (if fitted) the safety valve seal in the fuel filler cap should be in good condition. The pump cup washer too should be in good condition and oiled to pressurise the tank efficiently.

    Good luck!

thanks! i've been replacing some of the washers today and there is a heavy improvement. the only problem now is that it burns in flows then just a regular steady burn. but i was already able to boil some water so thats already an achievement in my book
