    Hello,

my passion for Juwel stoves, my determination, a worldwide research and the essential help of my little brother @LiXing allowed me to finally find in China a Juwel 6K, the smallest 6 of the serie 6A 6M 6K, originally imported to China around 1910 and now back in Europe, in my house :)

We can see the 6 serie in this old advertisement:

The size of 6K is comparable to a Primus 210 or Radius 21 to name some.

Here a comparison next the full size Juwel 6B:

The stove was in good conditions, but missing the flame plate. Thanks to my sister ability with 3d modeling (she is an architect) and the special help of Mr Liu in China, I was able to print some 6A reproductions and a scaled to 67% plate for the 6K, as visible in this photo:

Another issue was a crack on burner riser, typical on 6 stoves. The over tightening of burners with tapered threads leads to riser crack.

So I proceeded extracting the riser, brazing the crack and soldering it back on the tank… trying to save the patina. The repair was successful:

Finally the stove in all its beauty:

    Ready to preheat:

    The burning at low pressure:

    And the full power:

And a short video of the little stove burning, very powerful by the way:

    Enjoy,

    Nicola

Beautiful little stove, dwarfed by the cast pan ring! Well done for making a new flame spreader, the stove world needs a lot more of this, it's the future!

    @igh371 thanka Ian!

@Blackdog yes and the future is already at service of classic stoves in some places of the world.

...From Germany to Italy via China.
A very circuitous route this Juwel traveled.
Well done. I only now learned that the 6K version is so small. Nevertheless, it actually works mightily. Powerfully.

Lovely stove and 3D printed burner plate. I have a Bernie Dawg one, but I like the lettering on the one you have had made,
Will you behaving more made and selling any or are they a one off for you?
    Cheers Nick

@nmp Hi Nick, thanks. For the plate I have no extra one at the moment but I will try to let you make one asap. I am sure you are not in a big hurry :)

I was really only interested to see if you were going to get more made? I only have one Juwel number 6 and have the BD plate so don’t need another.
    Yours looks more original.
    Thanks Nick
