Hi @Tantra I do not have an exact answer in degrees, but quite a small amount I believe, perhaps less than 90 degrees.
This burner design is quite early and the operation of the knob is intended only to clean the jet. There is no needle valve operating within the mechanism, and if the needle is used to control the power of the burner the needle is quickly eroded by the high velocity jet and flame:

When you operate the knob you should be able to see the jet rise in the jet aperture, and then stop, slightly protruding from the aperture.
