i have a 96 that I have had a love/hate relationship for about three years now. Always fought to get it lit. Took it down yesterday and started over. All the simple things: checked rubber gasket on filler cap, made sure the lead seal was good for the burner, flushed the tank a couple of times and oiled the leather washer. NRV seemed to be working so didn’t mess with it but cleaned the mesh screen. All things I have done before It pressure tested fine. I have since fired it up numerous times and it ran like a champ each time. The proof test-run was a pile of heart stopping bacon. Ya ho!

In celebration I paid my subscription to CCS which was long overdue from all the info I have mined out of here. Now I trust it, the search is on for a decent tin as it is an orphan.

Nice Marty. I do miss bacon.
@Spiritburner This would be an entry into the 96 sized 'Stove of the month'?

It may fit in Trangia 27 - my Radius 20 does.

Priming with Banana Schnapps? That could make it interesting.

Just a bottle that fits in the Radius 20 tin instead of the missing priming bottle - it holds the usual red methylated spirit:lol:
