    Sorry, I didn’t post a description.

    Yes, it’s like a thermos but not vacuum. It’s ceramic lined with a beautiful glass stopper.

    That’s about all I know about it! Hopefully someone knows more.

    p.s. does anyone else have an affinity for old vacuum bottles?

    I'm guessing it's a US 1 Gallon [3.8L] jug by the size. Maybe less if the inside insulation is more. Also guessing pre- WWII. But I'm no authority on vintage thermoses.
    [EDIT] Looking closer it's patented 1925. Nice jug.
    Heirloom or thrift store find?

    I have yet to measure volume, but I believe it’s at least a gallon.
