Must be a beer growler. I recognize the cap.

Here's one like it, only signed "Markill". I've had this since about 1970 or '71 (and it looks it!)

The painted labels are repeated on the other side of the bottle, but are far more worn and hard to read. This bottle spent quite a bit of time in an outside pocket of my pack, getting dragged through brush and banged over rocks.

Anybody know where to get fuel-resistant washers of this type? I've been using washers from beer growlers, and they don't last long. I like the bottle -- it's really easy to pour from.

I think the bottle is very easy to use.It has probably been sold in many different brand names.
I have made the seal of 2mm Viton rubber.

I have one, like Arch, with Markill on the side.

I cut a gasket from a sheet of Viton.
