I recently posted requesting help clarifying if this stove was a model 109 or 111 as they are very similar.

    Juwel 109

The burner without a hexagonal base above the spirit cup, indicates it is the 109 model. They were made in Germany by Gustav Barthel.

The Juwel 109 is a small stove on a steel rectangular frame. An identifying badge is missing and I have made and placed a brass plate, in lieu, which I will later get engraved. Runs for a little under two hours as the fount capacity is small.

    Specifications can be found here.
    Unknown Stove ID

    My notes are:

    · Filler cap washer – ¾” OD and 6 mm ID

    · Pump Tube Internal Diameter – 0.667” 16.95 mm

    · The NRV rubber pip is 12 mm wide (0.472”) and has a small hole about 3mm in the centre.

    · Model 109 stovetop is 15cm * 25.5cm

    · Model 109 Height is 12cm

    · This cooker is only supplied with the burner head 10802 (with conical thread) delivered. (from German).

The Non-Return Valve (NRV) is not the standard type and is almost a reversal with a conical rubber pip with a hole in it. Some other Juwel models use the same type. I made a pip for it (by cutting a domed washer in half), but will do a take 2 on it to improve the performance though it is running.
