    Dear all,

    I have never seen that stove before, it seems to be the same as the Juwel 15 Stove but with a roarer burner.

    The age is unknown, maybe somewhere between 1920 and 1940?

    The flame ring seems to be not original, but it is nicely made from brass. I will test it, when the stove is fettled.

    Remarkably is the large diameter of the pump tube. The other stove on the photos is a Primus 1 sor, which has a 'standard' sized tube.

    The stove is still in the shape I got it, will fettle it soon.

    Ciao, Bastian

    Further details:

    An interesting NRV, but I'm not sure how it works in detail and how to replace the black part. There seems to be an iron ball in the NRV, mhhh :-k

    Making a new leather cup, the inner pump tube diameter is almost the same like a 28mm copper tube.

    @Sternenlicht Unusual features in your stove as you say Bastian and nice work on the pump leather.

    Regarding the NRV, the shape of the washer is due to spring compression over time. I think a flat disc of viton to fit the carrier, with a small hole in the centre of the viton, will do the job fine.

    Thank you John!

    I took a 3mm Viton, I hope the spring is strong enough. My experience is, that viton often seems to be harder than the original materials.

    @Sternenlicht There’s a good chance that will work. The pressurised air on the sprung-loaded component does the sealing.

    3 mm might be too much. I serviced one of those and it was very hard to pump until I swapped to a 2mm. All depends on the spring though. Your pump diameter is much bigger than what I have.

    Fettling is finished, and it burns :D/
    As janders mentioned, 3mm viton was not working, but 1mm NBR which is little softer works well!

    The burner with its delivered flame ring:

    And with another 'real' flame ring:

    The jet is the original one, little rich, but still ok.

    @janders
    Please could you post some photos of your stove?

    @joshua
    Please could you write in english, I think most people do not understand dutch or are willing to use translators. Thanks!
