    1980's Juwel 84 (well I think so).

    I have had this for a while. It wasn't going too well so I put it down and forgot it. Today I got a great collection of spares from a generous member of this site. Among them was a svea 123r wick. I installed it in the Juwel, and it is now a great stove!

    I had to put the burner in a vice to unscrew it as there was no nut.

    It is a beater, but as there are no Juwel 84's in this gallery I decided to add it.

    Steel tank, larger capacity than 123, about double I would guess.

    Brass burner

    2 reg handles, one is on the spanner

    Fuel = White spirit

    I also replaced the fuel cap seal and SRV seal with viton

    YellowDawg, Super fettle job on an underrated stove, my compliments. How well does it do with a normal preheat? Does it chuff on like a 123? Does this one have a bottom cap identical to the top one?

    Nope, no bottom cap. I am pretty sure it never had one. In the pic with the strap you can see a spot where the strap is meant to run under the font, I have not lined this up correctly in the pic.

    It sounds and runs like a 123
