Lane made a variety of models based around a single concept. This is their framed version of their popular 'Thermil' Blue Flame. They date from the 40s to the early 50s. They also made a Double and Triple burner kitchen framed models. They came in a variety of colours, generally green red and creme founts in that order of frequency.

You've not shown us the workings of this and the double burner stove Iain, but I'm assuming that it's a centre-draft annular wick arrangement as on a Valor paraffin heater?

Reminds me of my stove from Rumania; produced by Metallica SA, Oradea. They are all clones of the famous TURM stoves from Germany. Excellent cooking stove, I use it for my oven for baking.
