I can’t resist a bulk lot of stoves. So when four reasonably priced stoves popped up on Maketplace I decided to get them. two Optimus 80s with rusty cases. An Optimus 22 that’s had some water sit in the bottom of the case and a Monitor 2 pint stove. Oh and a good collection of cobwebs. the cases on the Optimii are mostly sound. They can go into the fettling queue for now.
Great haul @gnome, love that No.22, and the Monitor! Nice they all look complete for once, no loose parts missing!
If the rest of the case-apart from the after damage- on the No.22 is anywhere near as good as the inside, I hope you'll consider conservation rather than repaint!
