I have a couple of Meta 42. For hiking I used to prepare them with one stick of fuel and a pouch of single cup soup from the store, and it all fitted into the assembled kit. The solid fuel I purchased in an army surplus store in Sweden I also have a later Swiss army emergency cooker, Notkocher 71 comes with fuel and matches. Brand ? The date stamp from 1976 oktober and the matches both have the name TOKO
