Hi fellas, i have a M-1950, it was covered in the usual grime, i did disemble it cleaned it and put new seals, it dose start up, i followed the directions, it did light up with a bit of splutter, it came good but it has a off centre flame patterning, Am i missing something
Might still be some crud not getting pushed out by the pricker wire or wire is deformed maybe is my guess. As long as flame is uniform and centered. Duane
Take tip off and clean it inside and out. I had one like that, once I cleaned the crud off really well it worked great. Mine was also kind hard to keep running, till I really cleaned tip. I take a small drill bit and with my fingers give it a couple twirls on the hole. Your not really trying to remove material, just clean it up.
