Does anyone know which years the Monitor heater attachment was offered as a stove accessory?
The early 1930's catalogs, in the reference section, show only a dedicated heater being offered.
The available 1948 catalog shows the heater as a stove accessory.
I think this information was previously posted, but I have been unable to locate it.

First offered here without guard for 5/9, (5 shillings and 9 pence, about 25p or 35 cents) in 1930 and here for 7/6 in 1933-34, and in the 1952 advert here at 17/6..

The 33/34 catalogue also offers it with a Monitor 15 stove for 20/6, as does the 1936 catalogue here, and the 1952 advert offers this combination for 56/-, (£2 16s, or $3.60)

So the short answer, as an accessory we know it was offered from 1930 to 1952, but it may have still been available after 1952.

As my sons (who both still work) often say, 'you ought to do a good job; you've got bugger all else to do.
