this is all bajabums fault a stunner of a 502 from bolexguy. i knew as soon as i saw one that i had to have one to go with my 576 that baja sent me. i wanted a real nice one that i could use when i go camping. i was not dissapointed. fully sorted and working like a dream. hope you like it as much as i do. once again a big thank you to roger enjoy ? you bet i will.
the 502 is a wonderful stove - i'm going to try and rescue as many as i can (have only seen one in the past two years 'round these parts)
I second collecting them. Here's my 8, the ninth is in storage with a heater on it. Their a great stove for our canoe trips
A 502 is how I ended up here, trying to find instructions for overhauling one I got at a rummage sale for all of $3! This one hadn't been fired up since Jesus had a learner's permit, and it took a bit to get all the varnish and crap out of it and get it fired up. I'll tell you all, I cheated: Instead of cleaning the generator, I went and bought a new one, shame on me. Murph
