I've begun my journey down the slippery slope of GPA's with Lanterns, now I'm here. Ive recently acquired an early 70's 8r, a #71 and just won an auction on flea bay for a #51. I believe I will need the top plate stands and the top plate to complete the #51. The other 2 run great! I do want to clarify one thing, the #71 and 8r have white gas in them and run fine. Through reading I've come to see the #51 may take kerosene, is that correct? Anyway here are some picture.

As you have been advised the Pr. 51 is a classic kerosene fuelled stove. Do not use gasoline or Coleman fuel.
