Nice Score .... Thanks to my Wife

    My wife and I were at a thrift store last week. I had already made my inspection of the area where I have found some cool stoves in the past with no joy. Lisa, my wife was in another section totally unrelated and noticed what she thought was a mess kit. She called me over and asked if I was interested. Wow! A Trangia 25. Wonderful woman that Lisa.

    Yes it is missing the tea kettle and a sauce pan. I will rectify that.

    Got it for $15.00.

    A nice circa 1990 - sooty but no visible damage.
    If you buy a new saucepan - look for the new 2019 version of non-stick - very dark grey, light and I love the machined bottom making it stand still even on the cheap Korea-cooker.
