    Very unususal. The base is ordinary and can be found hundred of thousand times - but:

    that small pre-heater bowl reminds of Turm stove,
    the uncentered position of the filler cap is very unusual,
    instead of a burner there`s just a jet,
    thin handle knob.
    The bend pipe with connector leading to the tank strange aswell.

    The only stove I know that fits to yours is the
    VEWAG Spirkeo from Germany.

    Maybe yours is a pre-series or homemade version.

    Vewag is: Vereinigte Eschebach`sche Werke AG, settled in Dresden and Radebeul.
