Hello guys im new here, got my Primus no1(AD)Silent for free and it didnt work right. Found out that it lost pressure from pump sylinder. Made a tool of an 13mm drill bit to remove NRV, worked like an charm. I replaced the original cork piece with a button from my old tv remote button :D Also replaced the original fillercap gasket(was so hardened) with a piece of bicycle innertube.

Now the device works so good :)

It won't work for long. You need fuel resistant washers and pip, what you used may swell up and not seal.

@Doni I'm sure that spare pips and washers are available on line in Scandiwegia but @Spiritburner via the Fettlebox (link in the right hand side panel) will be able to sort you out with a seals kit E which is for the No. 1 and No. 5 type stoves.
