old 1914 Primus

    Can any body tell me what kind of Primus is this I think is similar to 85 , 84 or 704 but have no identification of number.

    Hi santiagochristophersen welcome to CCS. It looks like a 702 conversion,with pot rests added and a different burner fitted

    I have just had a look in the reference gallery i agree it does look identical to a 85 with the same burner but with pot rests added,looking at the pic the pot rests do look crudely soldered on i doubt primus would have let that pass quality control,which makes me think the stove could have been converted by a previous owner

    Yes I think the rest were added, and the burner is not original neither the tank top.

    If I read through the topic correctly, its an interesting combination of stove parts AND would seem to work well together. Would love to see a good flame shot once you get it working.
