Courtesy of Gary Crossley The words Old England - Brussels are stamped on the leather case. I'm assuming the stove was bought at the famous Old England department store. Most of the stove has a bright nickel finish except for the pot which refuses to clean up. The burner is the real mystery. The fuel container does not open or has a place to pour fuel. The burner moves up and down but has no wick nor can it be removed from the fuel container. I would love to use the stove, but I'm stumped by the burner design. No other alcohol stove in my collection resembles it. I would also like to brighten up the pot, but nothing I use seems to made a dent.
