Optimus 00 not pressurising

    Happy update. Followed suggestions, and found that a piece of 8mm brass tube slotted in just perfect. Cut to length, and gave excellent results. ( will try to post shot).
    Again, thankx muchly to all those who obviously gave time and thought to helping me out.

    Hi @manfrommanchester I am glad that you have your stove repaired and operating powerfully. The Op.00 is a great classic stove.

    I see what looks like a flame from the region of the spirit cup. If so this can, and should, be fixed by replacing the heat-resistant fibre washers between the riser tube and burner, with new.

    Fitting of new washers:

    Heat-resistant burner washers, and fitting them.
