Optimus 8 R early 60's

    My latest purchase Optimus 8 R. It was little pricey but the stove is almost in mint condition.

    I just cleaned it up, and added a case liner and a primer wick. The manual was printed in 1963 so the stove should have been made as well early or mid 60's.

    Nice stove, clearly a favorit in my Collection. I have some of them, 8, 8F and 8R.

    Hi @Jukka Pekka A great stove in excellent condition. You should take a few more photos of the case and stove to add to this post!

    Your stove appear to have all the same features as my Op.8R :
    Optimus No.8R Embossed from 1958/59
