    The 88 is a compact, and therefore very packable cook set.

    I have one actually, but have never used it… I doubt anyone ever used it…

    I saw a fella in the BWCA, along a portage on a canoe trip, with one,,, he and two young boys were using it… As soon as I saw it I wanted one, but old habits and all that,,, I’m still making do with a kettle and small skillet…

    Did enjoy the photos of the kit and directions above though…

    I have one, and I don't use it. Actually, I occasionally use most of it, just not the pot & lid. The aluminum is quite thin and easy to damage, and my water has so much iron that I use a stainless steel pot & lid. The kit packs together similarly, but the steel lid is not domed enough to close all the way. Anyway, it works fine, just don't drop or squeeze it.

    I use mine when I take my Svea 123 on a trip where I'll be cooking alone. For more people I use the Sigg Tourist set.
