Optimus 8R-F Trasnsitional

    This 8R is an early production model as the case still has the 8 embossed in the lid and the 8R sticker covering it. The pics of others I've seen show them with the nickel plated fuel tank as well so I think Optimus was trying to promote the new R burners with the classy looking stoves. This one was sooted up so I cleaned it. Pretty nice condition & uncommon to find.

    Very nice example Saguache,i like the nickel plated tank which from the pic is in great condition well done

    Came across this early "pat'd applied for" Mini Pump. Figure it might be of the same time period of the stove
    but haven't found any info about its introduction.

    Why do you bother to post here if you are trying to sell it on the bay? Second time to be listed. Where's Doc when you need him?

    Gosh, I guess I haven't read the rules closely enough about posting for reference. Yes by all means contact mods about this infraction and delete the post.
