Optimus # 96 Early to Mid 1920's

    This one I found at an auction several years ago while hunting for lamps.
    Interesting it seems identical to https://classiccampstoves.com/threads/optimus-n°96.29902/
    The:- numbers on pump cap, and base, the tank vent (slanted single knurling with a flat washer seal) other 96's it seems had taper seat thumbscrew seal in cap.

    Link was to (Optimus N°96 Lighthouse, Jun 12, 2015) Currently directly below here.
    The one I copied does not work as you say ?
    Mine needs:- pot stand legs, burner plate, and new pump cup (that I know of so far).

    The Fettle Box appears to be out of stock for legs at the moment. The Base camp has legs and burner plates.

    G'day Graham, That is a nice looking stove and worth while finding the missing parts.
