    Hello again.
I'll try to post for the second time. Hopefully a Godzilla version of the Ranger 10 will not appear now. In the SRG not many Ranger 10s are presented, so I thought I should post some photos of mine. This stove is not something I would take with me when hiking for a few days. The design is too ridiculous. A 3 kW Cobra burner coupled to a tank where Optimus recommends filling with 1 dl of paraffin. I have not fired up this stove to test the burn time. Maybe 30 minutes at full throttle? But anyhow the stove looks nice up there with the other shelf queens. It's real cute.

Lovely thing. Glad you/Ross got around to downsizing the stove bag!

    Hi Bjørn

I also am pleased that your image got sorted.
When I first saw it dominating the CCS screen, I tried to 'fix' it.
I downloaded all your photos to my computer, deleted all yours and then loaded them again.
Guess what - it made no difference!

    Good ol' Ross sorted it!

Anyway, it is a wonderful example of the Optimus 10 Ranger, and thanks for the photos.

I know that the tank has a brass lid and that it probably has a brass insert for the lid, but is the tank also brass, or is it steel?

    Hello Trevor

The tank is made of steel.

Is there a printer’s date on that paperwork with your stove?

Checked the instructions sheet tonight. There is no date printed on it.
