    Hello, Kerophile,

Your SVEA 100 is stunning, Lad!!! Very nice photos, too. I enjoy ALL the photos that you post! (Admin edit:split from linked post)

I have an older Optimus 100 that is very similar to your SVEA 100. Here is a shot if it, in the company of two other stoves. The 100, of course, is in the middle.

You can see the similarities of this Optimus 100 to your SVEA 100. Same parents, maybe? ;) 8) :D

However, you will see that there is a major difference, too! The fellow from whom I bought this wonderful stove, hand-crafted a flame spreader, out of steel!!! He did a bang-up job of it, and I think it adds class to a stove that already is brimming with it!! To my eye, the model 100, whether from Primus, SVEA, or Optimus, is one of the best looking of all similar sized stoves!!

Again, great 100 that you have there, and thanks, very much, for sharing it with us! Got to get to work today, so I'll talk to you a little later this afternoon. We're heading out to a Living History event next week, and I must clean out, then repack, our trailer, with all our period stuff! Take care, and God Bless!

    Every Good Wish,
    Doc Mark
