Optimus No. 7S N.O.S.

    This never fueled/fired stove is factory set up to burn alcohol. There is an air restrictor tube between the jet and the burner inlet. I'm told it can be converted to kerosene by removing the restrictor tube then changing the jet and needle.

    Very nice stove you got there Bob. It's a miracle that it never got used. As a matter of fact, it's incredible. Looks perfect.

    Your other stove behind this one looks great too.

    I wonder what the dates of production are for the No.7 stoves?
    The stove in the background of that one image is a No.2 that was retrofitted with a 207 burner. It's a "user" and a GREAT stove. Boils a gallon of water in 9 minutes. I did this image as a size comparison between the No.7S and No.2.
