Courtesy of Arne Aasgaard Often referred to as the No:8F in catalogues, this model is the last version of the 8 with no built-in cleaning needle. It was eventually superceded by the No:8RF (later known as the No:8R) but was sold alongside the new model for a short time.
There are many different model numbers. I have also seen a box for a ( no.8 L ) but can't find it again
@snwcmpr It's a bit hard to see on my iPad, but the carton on the photo above says: "No. 8F A1" Cheers Tony
Hi, the picture on the box show a different cooker to the one shown, the 8f A1 shows the carry handle on the front of the tin, where as the cooker in fact has the handle on the hinge side, Cheers Tony
Good observation. The older model had the carry handle on the front, upper part og the tin. It not the first time I have seen picture if an earlier version on the card board. But the model name on the card board is the one that should be inside. The F in the model name is for 'förnicklad' (nickle plating).
Thank you Tony. I missed your reply. Gazoo came for a month and left. Any idea about the "A1"? Ken in NC
