    Hi all.
A while back, stoves were swapped between Cabofdoom and your humble servant 8-[ resulting in me getting this Prentiss-Waber N°8 :D/ , as far as I know, the only P-W in Belgium! :content:
Today, I found some time (at last) to do a short cleaning session of the vaporiser/generator, and replaced the seal in the filling cap. Also oiled the (still perfect) pumpcup) Next will be a thourough cleaning and repainting session. But first I wanted to know how this Lady performs! I took a few photo's of the label, the whole contraption, left & right burners and finally right burner with left brother closed.
    Enjoy! O:)

:-k Looks like I forgot to resize one! Will post it in a minute! (or 2  )

    Best regards all,

    Wim

PS., looks like I also forgot to click "the button" after importing one of the pics, will be re-done in next post

    Righto, missing pic!

Looks like the righthand burner on full song is a thumbnail one, so I won't repeat it here.

I also have a few questions, does anyone know what the original colour was? Were there any (colour) options? And can anyone put a guesstimate on this stove re date of birth? Cabofdoom thought it was late '20's to early '30's. Any other sugestions? Thanks in advance!

    Take care of your flames,

    w!m

I'd say early 1930s. I've I think they a dark olive green, and perhaps a dark maroon, but they may have been other models. More knowledgeable folks should be along soon.
