Primus '0', date code 'AE', 1940.

    Another one off the same boat? (c/f) In 1940 Primus production was way down over the course of the whole year due to the outbreak of WW2. And of what little there was hardly any could have made it to the UK; that which did arrive was presumably pre-Dunkirk (June)!

    Rather pre-Weserübung(April 9th) as both Germany and Britain instantly started to block the Skagerack strait with minefields and air&sea patrols following invasion of Norway, cutting off nearly all westbound traffic from Sweden.
