    Hi.
A recent addition to my collection.
A cream colored, enamelled 523 in fair condition. The fettle was not very comprehensive, - basic cleaning and straightening of the pump rod/pump tube which was bent so there was a dent around it.
Otherwise there was some rust on the dip tray, which was removed, and new paint applied.

One of the burners has a lighter, the other not, so I assume it has fallen off some time during the last 84 years. The enamel has some chipping, but not too bad.
The «523» badge/plate that is normally attached to the rear screw on top is missing. I assume there should be one?

    Have a nice day!

I think by looking at the burner s, it is for alcohol, so number is 346

For sure, that must be the case. I saw that the burners are similar to newer alcohol burners, but didn’t think more about it.
So this post is in the wrong place. Some admin can move it, and rename it?

    Thank You, @tretrop !

@Håvard Kvernelv is that nickel plating? The gas tank is steel or brass? I'm very curious, especially since it's an 84 years old stove. Almost twice my present age :-)
    Thank you

The tank is chromium plated brass on this one (also, see text in copy of ad above).

Although stainless 304/316 would be just as good if not better(no green "stuff"/surface corrosion at all).
looking ar the burner head assembly these liquid fuel stoves tend to look very similar. Got to clean the Shmel2 stove today and couldn't wonder how similar they look.
