Primus no 70

    Hi guys,

    This is my primus no 70. It's a bit beat up but considering the age (1926-1930?) It's not to bad. It needs a little love.

    Those are solid fuel tablets. I found an other pakket like it in my enders baby stove when I got it. Not sure if they still work. Probably not.

    I'll keep them with the stoves I like the decals.

    Do you guys know what parts are missing on this stove? Is it the shroud that goes around the base of the burner?

    Hi @Stef What makes you think that anything is missing from your Pr.70?

    Some Pr.71 stoves were sold with burner bells which included a rotating shield/shroud which permits some control of the fuel/air mixture when different fuels are burnt:

    1939 Primus No.71

    But as I said these were only fitted on some stoves:
