Question about Optimus No.8 stove

    I found a stranger Optimus No.8
    Not same every one I have ever seen
    Original factory made
    Please check the photo
    He was 8F maybe another

    There is a fuel tube -to- tank repair (yours?).
    Re: that screw/cleanout maybe it was added? It otherwise looks like an "as original" 8... I'm like you, that is the 1st one I've seen like that.
    From the case, the
    *vintage is near the last version of the No.8...
    the burner & tank is not yet 8R.
    The valve seat is involved I wonder if it still uses "original" No.8 valve stem?

    I felt Optimus 8F perhaps
