A 1960's household stove for the ladies to play with.
I'm actually impressed with it; a high quality stove, excellent enamelling, smooth pump action and with excellent simmering!

The enamelled stand and engraving are of great quality:

    Tank and connection tube:

    The pan-ring:

The stove connects to the enamelled stand in a genius way:

Little hair-clip to attach the key to the stove:

After a minor fettle (won't go into detail), it was time to start her up:

Soon the little preheater clip started to produce a pilot flame, needing no extra match to light it:

    The stove performed flawlessly:

Excellent simmer, all the way to being barely visible:

To end it, 2 pictures of the tank and the key:

I'd be more than happy to own 2, or even 3 maybe. The stove is that good.

    That's it folks,

Beautiful. It is a Radius, should we expect less?

    Such a good looking stove.
Radius made everything well and yours shows lots of class.
Nice tank with typical Radius fuel-level insert and large filler cap/pressure release.

This is the type of stove we stovies fantasize about when we are at home alone in a dark room :-$ 8-[ It may be the lighting in that room but it appears to have a chrome plated tank? :-k A beautiful stove indeed, imagine how many meals or pots of tea it may have warmed through the years.

The later model Radius 10's are wonderful stoves, one of my favorites for home cooking. The Radius 12 are double the pleasure...

Thank you gentlemen, it really is a gorgeous stove. The tank is chrome plated.

As has been discussed before, the hideous filler cap Radius used on their lanterns and stoves is just a sale thingy. Competing with Primus they had to come up with something else. Funny enough, this was also advertised as being super-safe with no chance of explosion. On this stove however, this cap fits in rather well with the stove as a whole.

Perfect for the basement, and it will most likely also be used there!
