Now how did a bottle of Meths from a shop that closed down decades ago find it's way from Invergordon to Canada?
The mind boggles but a nice historical link.

Nice stove but confusing with that tin.
I know I have seen it before, it has a special lock device. Painting looks like it has been for military purpose. I have to check among my stoves to find out, unless someone else tells it before me.

Can't be too old 'cos it's got a plastic cap but the phone number is not in a style that hasn't been used since the mid 70's possibly earlier.

They are still trading with the same number phone number but a different address maybe less than a mile away, And less than 20 miles from me.

    Regards
    John
