I would like to bid on (e-bay UK) a stove located near Liverpool UK.
The seller will not ship to the US.
I am looking for someone who is willing to take delivery locally and reship to the states.
The weight would be 800 + grams.

    David,

If you can't find a CCS member to assist, you try a mail forwarding service like MyUKMailbox. I've used such services in the past to get stoves from France. It's not free but it's not too bad either and if you really want an item, well worth it.

    Thank you for the information.
How do you pay for this service?
Their website does not mention what forms of payment is acceptable.

    MyUKMailbox lists the following:

    Prohibited Items
The following items cannot be sent to any country under any circumstances.

    Camping Stoves and Fuel Containers.
    Have you had any problems?

I've never had a problem getting camp stoves forwarded. Then again I've never used that particular forwarder. I just Googled mail forwarding and picked that one at random as an example of the type of service you might try as a last resort.
