This months theme is single burner stoves with integral tins. IE the tin is a required part of the stove set up but the stove isn't fixed to the tin eg Primus 71 outfits, Optimus 80L's, Pyro Tourist Facit, Enders Baby, Monitor Picnic etc.

    Not included - Optimus 111's, 8R's, Optimus 9's, Svea 123's, Barthel 33 & 34* etc
*It has been brought to my attention that the tin is not actually fixed to the stove like the bayonet fitting on the 123's. They can therefore be included.

    Not clear - just ask.

Post your nomination as a reply to this post.

    The rules.
    • Stove must feature in the Stove Reference Gallery (SRG) with a link posted in the entry. So now's the time to get those stoves photographed & posted! If it's been listed for years already that is ok too.
    • Maximum of 2 pictures in the entry. The pictures must show the stove working & in it's entirety. More pictures can of course be shown in the linked SRG entry - as many as you want!
    • Previous winning entries are excluded.
    • Stove must be presently owned by the member.
    • One entry per member.
This nominations post will be open for the month of July. At the end of the month the post will be closed & the qualifying stoves placed in a blind poll for members to vote for. The poll will remain open for 1 week. Most votes is the winner.

The winner will get a SotM Winner notation on their posts & profile & a £10 voucher code from The Fettlebox

@Spiritburner - questions about this month's criteria. How can a Comet Scout be allowed when the assembled stove makes no use of the tin at all? On the other hand would a Pyro Tourist Facit fit the criteria?

@igh371 That's exactly the stove I had in my minds eye but I typed the wrong one. Setting this up as soon as I got home after a long hot holiday & drive maybe wasn't the wisest move!

    Thanks for pointing it out!

The stove isn't fixed to the tin but the tin is required so looks fine to me.

Wow...I'm surprised by the number of quality entries this month. This is going to be tough.

Now then, @Spiritburner , before I post Primus 41 photos, are we content it would meet the same type of criteria as @igh371 's Facit?
The 41 sits and runs by itself without the tin but hook on when you need a pot support.

    I thought i'd check....
If not i'll dig out another little favourite
