This month's theme is the '1 pinters'. 3 legged collapsible stoves like the Optimus 00 & Primus 210. Tin or no tin.

Note - If you forget to post the required images or link to the Stove Reference Gallery but provide them to me prior to close of competition I'll gladly add them for you. If not your entry will not be included in the Poll.

Post your nomination as a reply to this post.

    The rules.
    • Stove must feature in the Stove Reference Gallery (SRG) with a link posted in the entry. So now's the time to get those stoves photographed & posted! If it's been listed for years already that is ok too.
    • Maximum of 2 pictures in the entry. The pictures must show the stove working & in it's entirety. More pictures can of course be shown in the linked SRG entry - as many as you want!
    • Stove must be presently owned by the member.
    • One entry per member.
This nominations post will be open for the month of May. At the end of the month the post will be closed & the qualifying stoves placed in a blind poll for members to vote for. The poll will remain open for 1 week. Most votes is the winner.

The winner will get a SotM Winner notation on their posts & profile & a £10 voucher code from The Fettlebox

    Good luck & have fun

    Hi,
This Anchor stove was made in the K.S. Machinery Factory in Shanghai, probably in the 1930s. It is a seriously well-made stove. All the parts fit well and the engraving and finish are both very good. As you can see it performs well, with a powerful flame pattern.

Does this mean the burner and pot supports can be removed or do the legs have to fold up as well? I assumed the latter until I saw @presscall Svea 40.

    Thanks,
    Ben

I class what the stove stands on as feet & the pan supports as legs - because on a standard stove like a No:5 the stove is actually standing on the legs & the feet are part of the leg. On the collapsible stoves like the 00/210 the legs can be removed. Feet don't have to be folding. Everyone who's entered so far has got it.

These are all great stoves, I have nothing to compete , only have a few collapsable stoves. At this stage I cannot choose one.
    Cheers
